Build Overview
Use Lethal Tempo as your rune; a secondary rune is definitely optional, but Domination would be better if you chose that.
We start with red because it allows us to inflict more damage.
The reason we chose this is because it speeds things up a lot and makes us much more mobile.
There are other starting options, but this is the most suitable since we'll be focusing on attack speed.
Definitely start with these three because they give you an insane amount of attack speed.
I think you should choose Triple Force and Guinso from these, but I also recommend the others.
Depending on the opponent, we can either jump, ignite, or enter ghost mode, but I think jump is the most logical option.

İTEMS
Trinity ForceThe reason we chose Trinity Force is because it gives 30% attack speed and 20 movement speed after attacking the opponent; this item will easily meet our needs.
Wit's EndImagine an item that grants 50% attack speed, protects you from opponent mages, and reduces magic damage – that item is Wits End. This item also provides 20% evasion, allowing you to quickly escape crowd control attacks, and additionally, your hits deal bonus magic damage.
Guinsoo's RagebladeGuinsoo also increases my attack speed and deals 30 AP on hit.
RUNES
We choose Lethal Tempo because we're building attack speed, which also affects it. As for sub-runes, we first choose Triumph, then Legend: Alacrity, and finally Cut Down.
Secondly, we choose Domination, and from its sub-runes, we first choose Taste of Blood and then Relentless Hunter.
Finally, from the attributes, we choose Attack Speed, Adaptive, and Health.
