shyvana mid guide

Hello Im a shyvana OTP 300k mostly on midlane i hope my guide will help ; )

I.Rune

you can take SW into poke champ like xerath and hwei but prioritize revitalize and shield bash

Use stormraider to extend trade or use it to go away fast (shyvana proc it in one q cycle )

II. Build path

Doran's Blade → Doran's Helm

At the start you have two choices depending on the matchup
doran blade -> melee matchup or weak early
doran helm -> poke matchup or strong early

you always want to rush tiamat or (boots in certain matchups) to maintain a good wave clear and build the following item
you can also take a dark seal if you get an early kill ( additional ap may help a lot during laning phase )
you want to take merc or tabi depending on the game

Titanic Hydra

Titanic hydra is a really good item against bruiser matchup and champ that dont have max health ratio on their basekit it help to splitpush and be resilient during fight

Ravenous Hydra

Ravenous hydra is cool when you are going to take long trade and fight because of the heal it gives you it give you a lot of opportunity during the lane because youre going to be able to heal on the wave and outsustain your matchup

Stridebreaker

Stridebreaker is a must have against high movement speed or space dependant matchup you want to use it with ur w do catchup even faster your enemy


Once you have your first item youre gonna have to follow this order depending on your state in the game

Experimental Hexplate → Death's Dance

(even or ahead in gold )majority AD enemy team you want to play TF and be on a lot of kill
you can swap death dance with maw of malmortius if needed

Hullbreaker → Spear of Shojin

(even or behing in gold) you want to splitpush and take the most ressources you can to be able to comeback or end the game when the enemy team is contesting objectives

Trinity Force → Experimental Hexplate

(even or ahead in gold) a lot of melee champ in the enemy team you want to kite and auto a lot to cycle your Q


Once all is that were taking a huge turn in the item choice
(tank/AP)

Riftmaker → Zhonya's Hourglass → Liandry's Torment → Bloodletter's Curse → Hextech Rocketbelt

Jak'Sho, The Protean → Zeke's Convergence → Knight's Vow → Spirit Visage → Frozen Fist → Kaenic Rookern

you always wanna take W second so you can play aggresively and look for a lvl 2 kill or trade
