Jax matchup: Matchup is very volatile early game on both sides, you need to snowball because he hard outscales in lategame. Trade pattern should look like this, walk up and auto him and when he uses E you just E out and then punish him when he doesn't have E. You should play for an early game lead since you get outscaled, this matchup requires experience but if you otp tryndamere you will verse jax a lot.

Gragas matchup: Realistically if the Gragas is good you will not kill him but neither can he kill you so it's mostly just a farm lane if played correctly from both sides. But this is not good since he outscales you very quickly. Early game you should look to make him use his abilities to burn his mana by trading with him a lot and looking for kill angles, if the gragas misses his E on a target you should look to all-in him immediately since the cooldown of his E is very long if he misses it.

Akali matchup: You need to snowball early game, look to play aggresive level 1-2 since you do beat her in short trades with HoB ignite, once she gets shroud the matchup gets tricky. In general go in for E auto trades and spam Q for sustain. Akali outscales you really fast so you need to snowball before things get out of control.

Nasus matchup: MUST win early game, thankfully nasus is a weak early game champion so you should deny him a lot of creeps or straight up kill him if he miss-positions, play the waves correctly and punish him if he uses a lot of mana or uses W incorrectly.

Volibear matchup: Very volatile early game on both sides. Volibear is very strong when he stacks his passive on the wave and can burst you 100-0 with pta ignite so be careful to not get too low because he will dive you under your tower. In this matchup you can buffer your E with his Q and it's necessary to do so.

Darius matchup: You need to snowball early because you get outscaled at tabbies. I recommend running HoB with ignite in this matchup and looking for short trades because he has no real answer to them unless he uses his E, if he does back out let his passive stacks drop and all in him because Darius is an extremely weak champ without his hook. Darius has no mobility and is easily gankable, ask your jungler for help to setup a gank.

Fiora matchup: HoB with ignite is necessary in this matchup, this matchup really depends on what runes the fiora runs. A pta ignite or hob ignite fiora is really difficult to deal with because she deals massive damage to you in such a short time whilst also kiting you. Play around her passive vitals, walk up early in the lane and reveal yourself to her and once the first vital spawns walk all the way back to your tower to reset it, this makes it much easier to play. Play around her vitals and snowball early because she outscales you really hard.

Warwick matchup: A good warwick is hard to deal with and this matchup requires a lot of practice. You need to be comfortable on tryndamere to play this matchup since you have to play around health thresholds, in general you should look to use his E and once he does you should spin out of it and then all in him after. Spacing is really important in this matchup so make sure youre nice and intentful with your clicks.

Yone matchup: Lethal tempo exhaust yone is really difficult to deal with, don't E in with no fury because he will simply exhaust you and run you down since you can't match his dps. Look to have nice movement and avoid his q poke and fight when he has no Q. If he uses E to harass you should look to fight back to match the trade unless of course you are in danger of dying. You need to snowball early because he outscales you very hard.

Zaahen matchup: I recommend taking HoB ignite into this matchup and look for short trades until you can all-in him without him being able to proc his passive revive. Have good spacing and don't let him hit Q2's for free. This matchup is difficult and you need to snowball before he outscales you.

Aurora matchup: Stay healthy and dodge her Q and E by pretending to walk up to last hit a minion and then walking back last second. She has no CC and decently high cooldowns so punish when she wastes abilities. Buy sweeper so you can track her when she W's since she can be really tricky with it.

Anivia matchup: Trade with her in the early game and make her deplete her mana bar and setup the wave on your side for you to all-in her in one sweep. Run lethal tempo with exhaust and all-in her if she wastes or misses q. Need to snowball early before she outscales. Anivia is a very vulnerable laner so ask your jungler for ganks.

Teemo matchup: Keep a healthy hp bar, don't walk up for no reason and take free poke. Punish him if he wastes his Q, play in bushes make him waste his wards and ask your jungler for ganks. Buy an early sweeper shortly before he hits 6.

K'Santé matchup: Avoid his Q's and position yourself away from walls so he doesn't ult you away from your tower or teammate. You can beat him first few levels if he plays too aggresively. Must snowball early before he stacks chainvests.

Kled matchup: Very tricky matchup and requires experience. In general you should walk in auto him until he uses Q and then spin out, do that until you can dismount him and wait for him to use his W autos so he can't remount fast and then all-in him. Kled's damage and burst is very high so don't get baited easily and have patience.

Renekton matchup: Renekton has a lot of upfront damage, so using your W before walking up is really important, you will almost always lose the beggining part of the trade but you damage ramp is better than his. Track his cooldowns and all-in him with an extended fight.

Sett matchup: Sett is very cooldown dependent, his W and E have really high cooldowns in the early stages of the game, so bait them and all-in him when he uses them. Don't position yourself in front of your minions so he doesn't get his empowered E stun and dodge his W or flash it if necessary. Only matchup in the game where you should take bone plating.

Quinn matchup: Stay healthy, don't take free poke. If she waste's her E or positions incorrectly you should punish. If you have enough movement speed you should position yourself in front of her so you don't give her a good E out angle.

Vayne matchup: Stay healthy, don't let her proc pta or her W for free. Punish her if she uses Q's into you to last hit a minion, make her use [Condemn] E since it costs her 90 mana and it places it on a very high cooldown (20 seconds level 1). Buy sweeper slightly before she hits 6 so you can track her in her ultimate. Vayne is a very vulnerable laner so you should ask your jungler for ganks.

Varus matchup: Stay healthy, don't let him proc pta for free and avoid Q poke. Only look for all-ins since you never win short trades, you should run lethal tempo with exhaust. Varus is a very vulnerable laner so ask your jungler for ganks.

Tahm Kench matchup: If tahm kench doesn't hit his Q's on you his champ is very weak, so have good movement and bait out his Q's. Be careful of getting hit near his tower since he can eat you and spit you on his tower. Tenacity shard is really nice in this matchup.

Poppy matchup: Run lethal tempo and exhaust and try to kill her early before she stacks armor. Don't let her pick up her shield passive for free, position away from walls so you don't get slammed into one (hitbox is really unforgiving so make sure you're really far away) Try not to tank her ranged auto attack with grasp for free.

Camille matchup: Do not let her hit W's for free, always either E into or away from her when she uses W. Walk up and auto her before she procs her passive to proc her bone plating (really important!) Don't eat Q2's for free and run LT and exhaust to run her down if she's mis-positioned or her abilities and passive are on cooldown. Camille has amazing gank setup so try to track enemy jungle at all times and ward faelight bush.

Kennen matchup: You need to snowball before he rushes armguards and t2 boots. Walk up and E auto trade him until hes low enough. I recommend running fleet with second wind in this matchup since it gives you really nice sustain and decent ms to land an extra auto. Kennen is not strong early game so look to get a lead. Important to know that his E is on a 10 second timer level 1

Pantheon matchup: Really oppresive champion early levels if played corretly by the enemy pantheon. If he plays pta ignite it's ok to go dshield and go even or slightly down since you do beat him when you have R since he doesn't have a combat ultimate. Important to know that pantheon can always ult out in 1v1 if he's in danger since you don't have any hard cc, but he loses a lot of map pressure if he does so.

Gnar matchup: Trade hard in the early game where he is the weakest because the matchup gets very difficult once he gets his tabbies. Play aggro when he is in mini form and try to make him use his E since it's on a very high cooldown (22 seconds level 1) and punish him after that.

Rumble matchup: Don't get hit by his E's for free. In this matchup I do recommend running Lethal tempo with second wind and exhaust since his poke is really strong and you can't avoid his Q dmg and exhaust has massive value when used correctly vs rumble. Bait out his overheat and E out, punish his cooldowns.

Ambessa matchup: Ambessa is a cooldown based champion, early levels her abilities have really long timers so abuse them when she uses her abilities. Don't get hit by her Q2's for free and if you have good movement you can never get hit by her R (0.75 second cast time makes it really easy to react) You do get outscaled really fast so make sure to get an early lead.

Aatrox matchup: Having good movement and walking in and out of his Q range is the biggest tip I can give for Aatrox. Aatrox is also a cooldown based champion, so once he wastes his abilities look to all-in him. Don't tank his Q under tower for free make sure to drop some minion if necessary because his Q sweet spot hurts a lot.

Jayce matchup: Look to fight jayce once he switches from melee to ranged form since that's when he's most vulnerable and he can't answer your spin effectively. Dodge his Q's and don't take autos for free. I recommend running exhaust into jayce and exhausting him when he jumps in melee Q. This matchup is also really dependent on what rune the jayce goes, if he goes stormraiders surge you can punish his weak early game before he scales. If he runs conqueror with ign you should look to stay high hp and only look for all-ins. If possible try to position yourself in front of him when hes in melee form so he can only E you away into his tower.

Cho'Gath matchup: HoB chogath can have a lot of unexpected burst so be wary of that. Having good movement and dodging his Q is really important. You should look at punish chogath in the early stages of the game since that's when hes most weak. Once he hits 6 you should be ready to ult at around 30% hp depending on what build he went (Heartsteel = you can ult at a lower hp, Ap build = you should ult earlier)

Shen matchup: Position yourself away from his sword, never let him drag his sword through you for free. Shen is cooldown reliant so if he wastes his Q to last hit minions you should look to punish him, if he wastes E or W he has no answer to your all-in. It's really important to constantly ping your teammates in this matchup once he hits 6, I always personally type at least 3 times "SHEN HAS R CARE" Early tiamat is really nice in this matchup so when he does ult to his team you can instantly clear the wave and hit tower for free.

Urgot matchup: Very simple rule in this matchup, if he hits his E you lose, if he misses his E you win. So don't get hit by E :D and urgots very usually start E level 1 so don't get baited into spinning into him level 1. Really important tip in this matchup is to NOT use your ultimate early once he R's you, you can cast your ultimate even when he is dragging you in since your ult is castable even in CC, so wait slightly before he sucks you in and then ult.

Ornn matchup: Never tank his brittle for free. Don't get hit by Q's, walk into his Q pillar to bait him into E'ing and spinning out to waste a lot of his mana and cooldowns. Fight him early before he stacks armor, and once he hits 6 beware of him setting up ganks with his jungler.

Kayle matchup: Abuse her weak early and trade whenever you can before she buys swifties. If she wastes her Q she has no way of stopping you from W'ing her and spinning in. In this matchup you can actually run stormraiders! [Stormraider's Surge]

Gangplank matchup: Play around his barrels and his passive, if he uses his passive auto on a creep you should look to spin in and punish him. Dont tank barrels for free, if you're not comfortable playing vs gp (especially a dft ign gp) you can run dshield and play to kill him at level 6. You should snowball in this matchup because he outscales you.

Riven matchup: Riven is a cooldown based champ that takes a bit of time to do damage so Auto into E'ing out is a great tool vs Riven. Riven has no sustain so any damage you deal to her in the short trades stick to her whilst you can sustain it yourself. If riven uses her abilities on the wave you should look to punish her. Exhaust is really op into riven.

Mordekaiser matchup: Having good movement is really important in this matchup, weaving in and out to bait and dodge his Q is really important, also when all-inning him you should always be ready to click to the side because he will want to E behind himself and get you out of range. Punishe mordekaiser when he wastes his abilities, especially his W shield. Snowball before he stacks armor.

Gwen matchup: Always take wave prio in this matchup level 1, letting her push you in is not good since you can't deal with her Q snip poke when stacked up. Forcing her to farm with Q's and using her E defensively is good (if gwen doesn't hit an auto attack after using her E it is placed on a very high cooldown) Gwen has no hard cc so if she is miss-positioned you can all-in/run her down.

Yasuo matchup: Tiamat rush is very important in this matchup since it lets you constantly proc his passive shield and take of his bone plating which is essential. When yasuo has no wave for him to dash his champion becomes extremely weak and you can all in him easily. Have good movement and dodge his Q's and think in advance on where he can dash to. Yasuo is a really vulnerable laner and can be ganked easily by your jungler.

Vladimir matchup: Trade with him in the early game before he gets items since he does outscale you. Forcing his pool is always good since it's on a very high cooldown window for you to all in him (level 1 W is on a 28 second cooldown [Sanguine Pool] ) Don't get hit by his empowered Q.

Trundle matchup: Trade with him when he uses his Q on a minion and bait out his W and look for an all-in after that. Be careful when using your E carelessly since he can run you down with his pillar [Pillar of Ice] if your E is down very easily, so always to try to save your E to E through the pillar.

Illaoi matchup: Very simple rule in this matchup, if you get hit by E you lose, if she misses her E you win. Illaoi doesn't have any hard cc so if she hits her E on you simply spin out of range and dodge her tentacle hits after and farm fury on them. Similiarly if she ults you and you're not confident you can duel her in it you can simply spin out of her ultimate again. Having good movement is essential in this matchup since dodge her Q, tentacle poke and her E is essential so be precise and intentful with your clicks. Illaoi can rush and stack armor very quickly so get a lead before she does so.

Garen matchup: Garen has a lot of upfront damage but loses to you after because your damage ramps much better. You can W garen to cancel his passive healing. After 6 you beat him very easily in a 1v1. Lethal tempo exhaust is really nice in this matchup.

Olaf matchup: If you miss-use your E in this matchup you are cooked. You should use your E with intent otherwise olaf can run you down with Q's very easily. You can stick into olaf pretty easily since he has no hard cc. If you snowball and kill him early it's very hard for olaf to come back into the game.

Singed matchup: DO NOT LET HIM PROXY THE FIRST WAVE. Make sure you walk with your wave level 1 and don't allow him to proxy. Singed doesn't have kill pressure on you unless you get annoyed and missplay yourself, move around his poison and you can stomp very hard early game. Be wary of him flinging you under his tower in his goo. Alert your teammates if singed is missing or roaming, it's a classic way him getting back in the game.

Yorick matchup: In this matchup you actually want to get hit by his E most of the times since his ghouls are one shot and give you tons of fury for free which means more damage and healing for yourself. In this matchup you want to W him and walk towards him to bait him into using his cage and then you can E through it and keep sticking onto him. Once he gets 6 you can and should kill his maiden because he is VERY weak without her. Have good base timers and don't roam too much because he'll take your tower in a nanosecond (get grubs with your jungler)

Irelia matchup: You must dodge her E. If her passive isn't stacked up she is extremely weak so fight her when there are no minions, but if she has passive her damage is much higher then yours.

Sion matchup: You can win any trade vs him as long as you dodge his Q. Very easy and simple matchup get a lead and kill him before he stacks armor. Don't use your E shortly before you kill him because he will run you down in his passive resulting in you having to burn flash or ult.

Dr. Mundo matchup: Easiest matchup for tryndamere, mundo has no real way of dealing with you. Don't tank his Q for free, when forcing on him you should always E when he throws his Q on you. If he throws his Q you can trade with him.
