Build Overview
Taken when playing vs more difficult matchups(like viktor aurora etc) or if you play AD Katarina.
Standard conqueror page.
Switch LEGEND: Alacrity to LEGEND: Haste if not fighting 1v1 on lane. (IF AD Kata -> Always LEGEND: Alacrity)
Switch Second Wind to Bone Plating vs some melee matchups.
Switch Overgrowth to Unflinching vs heavy CC matchups that you fight 1v1.
Switch Scaling HP to Flat HP if needed in 1v1 on lane. (Like Sylas, Galio etc)
AP Katarina only.
Taken when facing easy matchups and teamcomps that you can snowball against. (Like Syndra Ahri)
Sudden impact helps you with Q poke on lane. You can use E -> Q or Q -> E (mid air) to proc Sudden Impact.
Relentless Hunter is great to takeover the map.
Best if enemy midlaner doesn't have shields and sustain. So like into Vladimir or Yasuo it would be bad.
Inspiration is taken when any other rune tree is useless.
Why? It will always give you some value. 300 gold for Boots allow you to rush your first item faster (spike) and Triple Tonic can help you with first recall purchase and lvl 6 all in or Void Grubs fight.
Triple Tonic also allows you to put 4pts Q into 5pts E as AD Katarina.
Switch Magical Footwear to Cash Back if you want have fun being investor.
Switch Triple Tonic to Biscuit Delivery if you need early HP on Lane (Can be good into Galio etc)

Switch Scaling HP to Flat HP if needed in 1v1 on lane. (Like Sylas, Galio etc)
Full scaling setup that you take when you are solo AP source in your team and the lane is AFK farm.
So it works the best if you play vs something like Garen and you just avoid hitting him because it's pointless and you just farm.
Runepage used for more Laning power into certain Matchups.
This is optimal when you are facing snowballable lanes (+teamcomps) when it's hard to all in or pickup dagger.
Champions I like to have Electrocute against: Akshan(get boneplating), Azir, Ekko, Kayle, Leblanc, Qiyana, Tristana, Zed, Zoe.
You can go Electrocute into different matchups if you need more lane power. Example: Fizz, Syndra, Ahri etc -> it's kinda playstyle dependant if you prefer Electrocute or not.
Switch to Resolve secondary if you need Bone Plating.
BTW CUT DOWN >>>>> COUP DE GRACE!!! MORE DMG ON LANE WITH CUT DOWN
Start Dark Seal if harmless matchup and you can't kill em so you get your 1st item faster.
Doran's Shield if you are versing heavy poke or hard matchups. Examples: Viktor, Orianna, Irelia
You should play Doran's Blade if you are playing conqueror and you are facing matchups where you can all in easily with your autoattacks.
Example: Malzahar, Kassadin
Always start Doran's Blade if AD Kata.
Sorc best 90% of time, go mercs if UNAVOIDABLE CC
Blasting Wand should be your go to. If you started Doran's item you should go Dark Seal first still and then Blasting Wand.
Sheen last, unless we have already Amplifying Tome and 900 gold perfectly.
Overall best build.
Go Nashor's second item if you have good value from ult and can snowball on Side Lane.
Skip Lich Bane if not good in the matchup.
Can go Kraken Slayer first instead of BotRK if squishy matchup.
AP:
Banshee's if you are facing full AP.
Mejai's if you are snowballing (buy only at 10 stacks so you get movement speed buff)
AD:
Randuin's 3rd/4th item vs 2+ crit champions in enemy team.
Force of Nature 3rd/4th if you are vs heavy AP comp.
Titanic Hydra 2nd if need HP + we have Kraken as 1st item so we get 1 more Kraken stack with Titanic auto reset mechanic.
Stridebreaker 1st if need waveclear + hp vs matchup. 2nd if you need hp and have kraken already + slow has value. 4th if you need more ult damage + slow + hp.
Experimental Hexplate fun item on 4th if enemy 0 cc so you can do insane damage with ult.
Never Wit's End - it's very bad for it's price.
Flash TP if bad matchup or you are masters+
Go Ignite Flash if you have snowballable matchup or you are lower elo.
Q -> E MAX
3Q -> E MAX. Played when AD build + fighting a lot on lane.
