BUT lethal tempo and pta are equally good, its just that it would take too many rune/slots to just copy same rune pages, but change to lethal tempo.

YOU CAN run lethal tempo in every build with same setup/2nd runes and etc.

i have highest succes in this matchup when running grasp > second wind > dorans shield. Recall with cull vamp scepter for sustain. Pretty much the only thing u can play for is fighting him as hard as u can before first recall and dive him with jungler. Hope that jg plays around u overall, u can kill him if he has no ult and stuff :D.
